I have extensive experience in integrative health coaching, personal training, and plant-based nutrition. As a recent graduate of a master's program in marriage and family therapy, I recognize education is simply a means to an end. It is not the end in itself. Wholeness requires consistent application, resolve, and empathy.
 

My goal is to inspire people to reignite their love for themselves and develop the perseverance needed to face life's challenges. Being autonomous is a journey, never a destination.
